1. Information we collect

Wholehuman collects only what is needed to operate programs, process contributions, and respond to you.

• Donor contact information, contribution amount, and mailing details when provided.
• Email addresses used for newsletters and program communications.
• Program registration details, including accessibility information you choose to share.
• Names, email addresses, subjects, and messages submitted through contact forms.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to process gifts, send receipts and tax acknowledgments, deliver program information, send Wholehuman's quarterly letter, and reply to inquiries.

3. Service providers

Information is shared only with providers needed to operate the site and programs, such as payment processors, email delivery services, and registration platforms. Only the minimum required information is shared. Wholehuman does not sell or rent personal information.

4. Your choices

You may unsubscribe from emails, request a copy of the information held about you, or ask for deletion by emailing support@wholehumancollective.net.

5. Cookies and campaign measurement

Wholehuman may use first-party campaign attribution and campaign-specific Meta and Taboola pixels to measure page activity, attribute contributions to advertising campaigns, and understand campaign effectiveness. Browser privacy controls, including Global Privacy Control where available, are respected. Campaign and advertising parameters may be stored by Wholehuman for up to 30 days. Stripe receives only a random attribution reference, not the campaign URL or advertising parameters in that reference. After a confirmed contribution, Wholehuman may return the Taboola click identifier to Taboola together with the contribution value, currency, and a transaction reference. Wholehuman does not send card details, donor names, or donor email addresses through this campaign tracking flow. Meta and Taboola provide their own privacy and opt-out controls in their published privacy policies.

6. Website experience analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity on public campaign and contribution-selection pages to understand page performance, scrolling, clicks, video playback, and possible automated traffic through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. Microsoft receives website usage data and may use cookies and similar technologies according to its privacy statement and applicable consent settings. Form inputs are masked by default. This integration does not record the Stripe-hosted payment form or send donor names, email addresses, or card details as analytics events. Clarity is disabled when Global Privacy Control is enabled and does not run on our account, administration, or program-registration pages.

7. Security

Wholehuman uses encryption in transit and at rest and limits access based on operational need. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
